The journey begins

When I was 6 years old, I asked myself the first time the question: " Who am I". I looked in a mirror and it felt as if I hypnotise myself...and left my body.

I was confused and felt afraid and run to my grandma to ask her: "Who am I"? She said: " What a quesation, you are Frank!" ...unsatisfactory answer for me.

Some month later, I was lying in bed at night and the thought that I was going to die popped into my head. And the question of why I'm in the world, what's the point... and I started to cry out of fear. My father came and I asked the questions. He replied the point is to start a family.

Both answers were very unsatisfactory for me at the time. Today I know that I was far too young for these big questions and my family did not know "the answer". And so it took years and decades until my mind could gradually absorb the answers.

My heroes journey

I started my "normal" life with scool, educations and work. But it did not fullfill me. I changed often my jobs and one day I decided to do sales in an IT company. Here I received a lot of sales training from excellent trainers. All of these training courses have a psychological basis. And I drank it up like a man dying of thirst in the desert.

Then I started my own business, helping other company to sell by phone. Today it is called callcenter. I booked coaches for me, made more trainings and a complete coaching training to become a coach.

One of the trainings I made is called "the heroes journey". It touched me very deeply and was based on Gestalt therapy.

Meanwhile my company was doing very well and had 500 employees and I was ready for the next step. I sold it and made an education for Gestalttherapie. This takes 6 years, but you need the time when you want to work with people. 

I started to work with clients in my own practice.

I created own workshops and trainings and raised a Mangroup. Because 18 years ago I had the question."When is the man a man"

Then I decided to live in southspain and now I look forward to work in this area.

I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others to help them stay physically and mentally healthy. I have found professional fulfillment as a yoga teacher and am grateful for the opportunity to accompany people on their path to greater well-being and inner balance.

Coaching

My work style has its roots in humanistic psychology.
In my opinion, problems are caused by a lack of clarity about the current situation and possible alternatives. Coaching expands your scope for action and opens up new possibilities. You learn to clearly formulate your goals and achieve the changes you want.

Gestalttherapy

Gestalt therapy is about taking responsibility for your feelings and actions. In Gestalt therapy, it is not words that heal, but your new experiences.
Gestalt therapy follows the tradition of humanistic methods and is based on a holistic worldview in which you as a person are seen as a unity of body, soul and spirit, integrated into a social and ecological environment. Gestalt therapy supports the development of your personality in an action-oriented way by trying to free you from unresolved psychological situations on the one hand and by serving as a support on the other - as a supporting force for your underdeveloped and not yet conscious potential. 
In Gestalt therapy, there is less "talking about it", interpreting or analyzing. What matters here is the experience. Through dialogue and the emphasis on experiencing in the present, awareness of sensations, feelings, needs and fantasies is promoted. Physical tracing and experimenting with new behaviors developed from the situation support a change process in Gestalt therapy. Meditation 

Meditation is a spiritual practice that can achieve deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness through concentration exercises.
In addition, we do guided meditations and relaxation exercises.
Also the "Kundalini Meditation" and a special meditation to connect with your archetypes.
